About Me
I’m Dana Weir. A creatively-inclined and neurodiverse psychotherapist with a passion for psychology and helping people. I take a creative, flexible approach in therapy, encouraging clients to express themselves in the ways that feel most natural—whether through words, art, music, or other forms of self-expression. With a strong background in music and visual arts, we can integrate these modalities into our work if it feels helpful for you.
I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO in Ontario and am working towards full registration as a Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia, where I am based. I practice under the clinical supervision of Dr. Laurie Ponsford-Hill.
